General Information:
Municipal Council Dalhouise is charging following taxes:-


a)

House Tax

@12.5%

On the Annual rateable value of all the land & Building in Municipal Area.

b)

Servant Tax

@Rs. 1/-P.A

Per servant

@Rs. 50/-P.A

Per Dog

ii) Annual rateable Value is detrmined and finalized after service of proposed assessment notice to the individual owners/occupiers.
iii) Public Notice is also given to the assessee before adopting the  
    assessment list for the next year.
iv) The Assessment at liberty to file an objection with the Municipalty   
against proposed assessment notice within one month.
v) Every objection against assessment or Amendment of assessment is   
    heard after affording reasonable opportunities of being heard.

Late fee Rs. 5/- with the order of District Registrar, Bith & Death

b) MARRIGAGE REGISTRATION:  
  Registration of Marriage within 90 days Municipal Office on any working day from 10:00AM to 5:00 PM.
  Above 90 days upto 1 Year With the order of District Marriage Resistrar
  Above 1 year With the order of the Magistrate.
FORM NO. 7 FOR REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE SHOULD BE FILLED IN DUPLICATE
